A very nice way to explore the italian food and culture. We really enjoyed the class with Maurizio, is was professional, kind and fun to talk with. Although the italian cuisine is not new to us, we learned some new stuff! As we have special food limitations, Maurizio found solutions very quickly.
We loved cooking with Maurizio! Great atmosphere with the other guests. We can't wait to replicate the recipes at home! Maurizio is an excellent teacher, and the pasta/tiramisu making was very easy to follow for experts and beginners alike!
